Track My Delivery is designed to support small businesses that use their own vehicles to deliver goods locally to customers. If you operate between one and twenty vans, we may have a product that improves your efficiency, saves you money, and helps you give customers an excellent service — from bakeries, office supplies and facilities businesses to field service teams, builders' merchants and wholesale delivery rounds. We focus on what happens on the road: clear, sensible route planning so you have happy drivers and customers who know when to expect you.

The platform relies on two key elements:

Web interface for operators

Upload the destinations for the day's deliveries, then put drops in order manually or use our route planning tools to calculate the most time-efficient sequence for your round.

Smartphone app

Our driver app reports the van's position and confirms when a drop has been completed. It can capture delivery photos, supports proof of delivery, and keeps the office map in sync — without asking drivers to wrestle with spreadsheets.

Customer ETAs and updates

Our mapping tools estimate a delivery time for each drop based on its place on the route, then notify your customer of the expected arrival time. As the driver progresses, if ETAs change, further notifications can be sent automatically with an updated expected time.
